The problem HealthBand solves

It's a wristband with a unique QR code assigned to each patient which, when scanned, leads to the website which stores all the previous records of the patient: medical history, diagnosis, test reports, prescriptions, additional medicines along with their latest vitals like BP, sugar levels, oxygen etc. with accurate dates and time. It also provides the feature of a ScribblePad which the doctors or nurses can use to manually note any additional information which will be updated in the site.
