Health Record is our project which aims to innovate and improve the healthcare department by helping both citizens and Hospital management using AI/ML.
The problem Health Record solves
- Trials and Errors in prescribing medicines by Doctors.
- Disease Prediction becomes difficult without lab reports.
- Need for the carrying of medical records .
- Doctor can't understand patient's medical condition when he is a new patient.
- Reports from one Hospital cannot be referred to another easily, so there comes need for retesting.
6.At emergency situations it becomes hard finding blood and organs thereby death occurs. - Most people aren't concerned about their daily activities which becomes problemetic in future.
Challenges we ran into
It was hard to build the initial design as it was confusing deciding the order of preference of features given to the problem.As we were beginners it took us much time to complete the prototype and design. We were able to provide the frontend
structure very distinctly but can't able to complete the backend side. We are developing ourselves with the backend side of web development only now, so it overall became a very difficult job for us to give us our idea. However with the knowledge we owe in past we tried to manage the project and successfully completed it.
