The problem Health monitoring app solves

COVID-19 second wave is wreaking havoc on the country in every possible way. Lack of proper medical supplies including oxygen, vaccines, medical equipments and even beds has led to a huge increase in the number of deaths in the country. As the ratio of number of frontline workers to that of the number of patients is too small it has become a challenge to track everyone's health. It is required that the caretakers and the doctors are always informed about the patient's vitals like temperature, pulse rate and SpO2. Our objective is to create a hardware associated android application that records the vitals of the patient, store them in a remote database and update the caretakers regularly through the android application so that they can monitor the patient remotely and be alarmed about their status hence being able to avoid emergency situations.

Initially the sensor values were error prone so we had to use better precission sensors.
