A healthy body and a healthy mind is the key to a happy life. Our Website motto is to make everyone have sufficient information regarding mental health issues and how meditation, self-care, etc can help them achieve a good state of mind and be more present at the moment. We have curated a bunch of resources to make the user familiar with the mental health issues terms like Depression, Anxiety, etc. cause we felt that many people are unable to differentiate between such terms and use the wrong one at times. We have also provided a simple assessment to figure out if you're in a good mental state or not. Meditation is one of the most beneficial therapy to help achieve a peaceful state of mind and be more efficient while working. Our website allows the user to read about meditation and its benefits and practice it by looking at some resources provided by us in the form of podcasts, blogs, and videos. We aim to spread more awareness about mental health and make users be more comfortable while talking about it.
In the future, we aim to improvise this project with an anonmous chatting feature to make users interact with someone having knowledge of psychology and be able to express his/her feelings more easily, also be able to get a solution from our side via the resources or therapists.
We faced some issues while trying to use arcana authentication but the issue was it wasn't letting us sign into the developer console. After multiple attempts we let it be since the time limit was there. We were also facing issues with the posting to github and adding images to the site but we resolved the issue by having a look at some docs and video resources and fixed the issue by making a few changes into code.
