The problem Health App – Calorie Companion solves

This app ensures that the users' calorie intakes do not go beyond what they want to consume.
It is also hassle-free since through a scanner it will directly read the calorie numbers and display them as text to the user.
The text is automatically detected from the clicked image and comes in text format in front of the user. This also allows us to compare the calories values of the user that they prefer and the calories which the food contains.

Challenges we ran into

Entering the user details, such as the email ID, password, calorie which they prefer into a Firebase database.
Initially, the camera app would not open upon clicking the button, but that has been solved too.
Few additional challenges we would face after app is in the market:
• Security
• Users trust
• Shouldn’t be limited to packaged items
• Ability to scan real time food
