What do you do when you find yourself in a brand-new city and want to make the most of your stay by visiting as many tourist attractions possible? Well you must find the best route and save on your travel time. Most people have a hard time figuring what is the best route to take when they must run multiple errands in different parts of the city, or when they are in a new area and want to explore what is good there. But the travel optimization apps available today are not able to accomplish this effectively and makes travelling around seem like a hassle, at times making it more expensive as well. This is precisely the problem our app, HeadOut, aims to counter. HeadOut is a brand-new way of travelling to multiple places, helping you get to there at the earliest while taking the best possible route. HeadOut broadly provides three features – Explore, Routine & Optimise. In a nutshell, Explore will help people discover places in a new city or area. The app suggests places to visit based on frequently visited destinations using Artificial Neural Networks and displays the best times to visit them. While Routine will help users get to a bunch of their bookmarked places via the shortest & fastest possible route which aids them in their daily commute. Optimise will help optimise the travel route of the user by either prioritising money or time as the critical factor while suggesting the travel details. This is accomplished by including multiple modes of transport in the travel route. HeadOut utilizes Machine Learning & Artificial Neural Networks to provide a more customised travel feed and with each trip, the roster gets more personalised. The app aims to be a key driving force towards the Future of Mobility in India.
