The problem Harmoni.Ai solves
Harmoni.ai helps managers and teams work more efficiently by:
- Providing quick summaries of lengthy meetings, reducing time spent catching up.
- Auto-generating task lists from these summaries, so team members have clear action items.
- Auto-creating schedules and assigning tasks based on team discussions, ensuring everyone knows their priorities.
- Sending reminders, so tasks are completed on time, reducing the need for micromanagement.
Challenges we ran into
We initially faced challenges in finding a reliable summarizing GenAI model. We started with OpenAI, but due to its paywall, we explored Llama2 as an alternative. However, setting up Llama2 proved to be complex, and ultimately, it didn’t meet our project’s requirements. In the end, we opted for Cohere, which provided a more accessible and effective solution for our summarization needs.
