The problem Harbour AI solves

Most Web3 communities aren’t truly decentralized and struggle with governance, decision-making, and on-chain execution. Setting up and managing a DAO is complex, technical, and fragmented, leading to low participation and inefficiency. Harbour AI Agent automates and simplifies DAO creation, governance, and engagement, making it seamless for communities to operate on-chain, collaborate, and grow without technical barriers.

Challenges I ran into

  1. Multi-Integration Complexity – Connecting various DAO frameworks, on-chain protocols, and AI models while ensuring smooth interoperability.
  2. Seamless DAO Enablement – Automating DAO creation, proposal management, and voting without compromising decentralization or security.
  3. Frontend Synchronization – Ensuring real-time, frictionless interaction between the AI agent, blockchain transactions, and the user-facing interface.
