The problem Happy Pets solves

There are many situations where pet owners have to part with their pets and due to unavailability of ready adopters, they end up stray. Thus, a platform to connect adopters with owners easily, is missing. Here our apps comes to the rescue. It makes people aware of all the nearby animals which are up for adoption. It also provides an interface which would help in browsing through different pets

Challenges we ran into

Biggest challenge was creating our own backend using spring boot and creating all other features around it. Chat feature using socket connection was espeacilly difficult.
