Juggling files and searching for specific documents becomes even more challenging, particularly when dealing with health issues. To address these challenges, we've developed a centralized system that utilizes Blockchain and IPFS for secure storage and retrieval of medical records. This system benefits both patients and hospitals by saving time and ensuring easy access to documents. Additionally, we've incorporated a menstrual cycle tracking feature, recognizing the importance of monitoring women's health. By keeping tabs on the menstrual cycle, users can proactively address potential health issues, making it a valuable preventive and predictive tool for maintaining well-being.
