The problem HackLog solves
Hackathon participants often document their work across multiple platforms:
- GitHub (code)
- Devpost (project writeups)
- LinkedIn (experience)
- Notion/Google Docs (personal notes)
This fragmentation makes it difficult to:
- Present a unified narrative of one’s hackathon experience
- Share it easily with recruiters, collaborators, or friends
- Reflect on personal growth across multiple hackathons
HackLog solves the problem with a single, shareable portfolio URL that showcases their projects, teams, outcomes, and growth over time. By turning hackathon participation into a structured, visually appealing narrative,
Challenges I ran into

I proceeded to try cursor, lovable and replit which all had its own set of issues. Most of them do majority of the front end fine, but face issues when dealing with the backend seamlessly. I finally got my real idea working on replit, which is what I demo'ed
