The problem Hack The Vote solves
Decentralized blockchain-based voting solves issues of trust, transparency, security, accessibility, and voter verification in elections. By eliminating centralized control, ensuring transparency and security, increasing accessibility, and enabling voter verification, it addresses concerns of manipulation, lack of confidence, and barriers to participation in traditional voting systems.
Challenges we ran into
Blockchain networks may struggle to handle the volume of transactions required for large-scale elections, leading to potential delays and congestion.While blockchain offers security benefits, it's not immune to attacks. Ensuring the integrity of the network and protecting against cyber threats is paramount. We hate use of Ganache on college LAN.
