online learning has been a challenge from both students and mentors point of view. but in such unfortunate conditions its no more a choice but a necessity. students face a lot of issues about a systematic way of learning , on the other hand teachers are not able to keep a close track and record of student progress and tasks assigned. things are getting worse day by day as now students are taking online classses as a huge headache. this does not only impacts their learning process but also their mental ability to thing breifly and understand the things. at the same time mentors feel a less or no connection to his/her students resulting an assumpation based teaching process. students are already skipping classes in one or the other way and the problem is teachers may not even aware of it. students hesitate to ask doubts and problems because of utmost transparancy of the online sessions .
