The problem GreenGenius solves
Millions care about the environment but don’t know how to take action. Critical issues like deforestation, pollution, and climate change demand innovative solutions, yet individual voices often go unheard. GreenGenius bridges this gap by crowdsourcing impactful ideas, empowering communities, and turning discussions into real-world action.
Challenges I ran into
A key challenge was ensuring real-time connectivity for updates. Users needed instant alerts for new ideas, votes, and discussions, but delays and inconsistencies in update information made engagement difficult.
To solve this, I worked on optimizing background services, handling platform-specific constraints, and improving real-time synchronization to ensure a seamless user experience
