Overview

Through blockchain, you can make transparent decisions and participate in donation projects anywhere in the world with a small amount of money. People in need of help contribute to requests for help, receive donations, and share their changes through activities to create good energy. I think we can make a better world by dividing the seeds of small donations.

Process

Good People earn a Good People Governance Token (GPT) through donations. Through GPT, you can verify and make decisions about donation proposals. Making the right decisions can help you advance the Good People DAO.

GPT can get 1 GPT by donating 1 USDC to a donation project.

Anyone who needs help can ask for help by posting a donation proposal, such as a story about a neighbor in need or a donation proposal to help endangered animals.

The donation proposal is based on what is posted, and Good People with GPT will review the integrity of the project. For a familiar interface, you can use 👎 and 👍, which are commonly used on SNS, to express your intention to proceed with the project.

The more GPTs you have, the stronger the Voting Power you need to review the soundness of donation projects. Therefore, GPTs obtained after posting donation proposals will not be reflected in Voting Power.

Donation posts can be raised if more than 4% of GPT is agreed within 24 hours.

For projects approved by Good People, donations are delivered when the target fundraising is achieved during the set period.

Activists who receive donations can conduct relief activities and write reviews to share hope and joy and gain trust.

We wanted to share the improvements we've made through donation activities. This is because people want to get hope through donations and know a better world. Like SNS, I hope that new donation activities and donation activities will be shared and incorporated into your daily life.

Through our project, we can create a warm society where each other's help and good will are virtuous.

Challenges we ran into

We wanted a service that allowed anyone to post donation posts and do fundraising activities freely.

However, there are not only good people in the world. Malicious people can deceive and make it difficult for those who are willing to donate with good intentions. Therefore, we applied the DAO system to review and encourage each donation project.

Using OpenZepline's Governance Contract, GPT, Good People's Governance Token, will be used as the Voting Power.

We can create a healthy culture of donation activities by reviewing suggestions from Good People.

And we can create a sustainable ecosystem because donation participants can become members of the donation ecosystem and create a better ecosystem.
