Job seekers can see all the available jobs under one roof, recruiters can fine tune their candidate search on the basis of skills and job profiles. They can see the github repositories of the candidates and better understand their prowess with programming languaging or development frameworks. The recruiters can then further connect with the candidates via a chat functionality.
