Challenges we ran into

1. Business point of view :
   Sentiments of students and parents of young children connected to the traditional pen-book system of learning was our biggest challenge.

Building a product like 'GenNote' which is easy to carry and handle at a low price has really made us reject numerous prototypes. Making a one-time investment product without compromising the quality has been our vision from the very beginning.

Today, as the whole world is looking towards sustainable growth, many have looked down on our product as a mere gadget that will add on tonnes of electronic waste in landfills. But we want to make it clear that's not the case. We take back our products for recycling. People can easily approach the retailers from which they had bought the product and under our replacement policy, they can exchange it for the new one.
From retailers all the old products move to our city centres where batteries are broken down for parts to make other batteries, plastic is used for furniture production, and metals are used in jewellery and automotive parts manufacturing. We make sure that our products decorate your study table rather than landfills.
