- In-Scope
Dynamic Banner Creation: Includes dynamic banners with gradient color and additional theme-related elements that enhance campaign attractiveness.
Image Integration: Copies and presents numerous product images from indicated directories properly scaling and positioning them.
Promotional Offers: Randomly choses the promotional offer from a list of possible promotions to be set so that the content is not repetitive.
Video Compilation: Transforms banners into fluent videos with the help of MoviePy technology to share it on social networks, and in advertising.
Multiple Themes: Sells a variety of differing themes for events such as Diwali, Christmas, and New Year tying promotions to the respective events. - Out of Scope
Image Editing: Additional items such as backgrounds removal, filters, etc. are not offered here, only banners are created.
User Interface: Currently only run from the command line interface and is not very graphical user interface friendly.
Real-Time Data Integration: Limited on ability to update offers or inventory in real time and less interactive utilizing images and lists pre-set.
Social Media Integration: It lacks active sharing capabilities; the generated content needs to be uploaded by the users themselves. - Future Opportunities
Enhanced User Interface: Development of the GUI would also benefit the web page by making it more easily navigable and therefore more user friendly.
AI-Powered Recommendations: The application of the machine learning algorithm could bring targeting recommendations from the user’s behavior and trends.
Customization Features: Assuming that owners need to be able to upload their fonts, colors, and graphics to cater to their different branding strategies.
API Integration: Real-time promotional update connections to the e-commerce platforms may be beneficial and time-saving.
Mobile Compatibility: Extending its use, a mobile application version would allow ad banners and videos to be developed on the move.

Dataset Challenges:
Lack of variation in the images, irregularity in the resolution and problematic image quality affected the banners.
Images which were either untagged or tagged with incorrect features when viewed made it hard to choose the right products.
Output Issues:
These included issues such as color mismatches and improper image placements and the problem of overlapping text distorted the looks of banners.More so, the re-recording of the final video output was characterized by poor transition and low resolution. and poor image quality impacted the banner designs.
Untagged or misclassified images made selecting relevant products difficult.

The final video output lacked smooth transitions and resolution quality.
