Challenges we ran into

At first we tried to work on the AI/ML pov and were trying to use Cohere, however it did not support our model of solution. Further the alternative options needed us to create our own dataset.
We took a web-app approach and integerated various features alongwith a order-confirmation via SMS using Twilio, which lead us to multiple errors related to authentication.
