The problem Fund-Pi solves

Startups or the companies that are not public face the problem of raising funding as they don't have any collateral.
We propose a blockchain secured platform, which finances a startup, by virtue of
Crowdfunding. By enabling the common man to invest and trade, we bridge the
gap between them and large investors.This way, efficient, safe and easy transactions take place which helps to fund the startups or organizations.

Challenges we ran into

• All documentation of the startups/ organizations will be a pre-eminent requirement for
the verification of their organizations
• Efficiency of manual verification
• Equity crowdfunding laws and regulations
• Aadhaar UID database to ensure unique logins and to implement two stage verification
process
• Internet connectivity issues in remote areas
