Problem Statement:
In the current real estate landscape, there exists a significant lack of transparency between buyers and sellers, leading to inefficiencies and distrust in transactions. Additionally, prospective buyers often struggle to find suitable properties that meet their criteria, exacerbating the challenge of locating desirable living or investment spaces. Furthermore, traditional methods of listing properties for sale are cumbersome and time-consuming, hindering the process for sellers and potentially limiting the exposure of their properties to interested buyers.
