The problem FraudSphere solves
FraudSphere helps insurance companies stay ahead of evolving fraud techniques. It generates synthetic fraud data for training models, detects forged documents using advanced AI, identifies fraud rings through graph analysis, and provides real-time detection during live interactions. This approach enhances security, increases efficiency, and ensures proactive fraud prevention.
Challenges I ran into
One major challenge was optimizing AI models for real-time fraud detection on edge devices. Ensuring that the models were lightweight enough to perform on limited resources, without sacrificing accuracy, required extensive experimentation with model pruning and quantization techniques. Overcoming this involved iterative testing and fine-tuning to strike the right balance between performance and accuracy.
