It reminds me of the experience of trying to rent a house when I came to Vietnam.
There are definitely houses here that meet the criteria people are looking for, but there were many cases where people did not know that there are surprisingly good houses.
Also, it would be the same in any country, but in spite of a good house, there were cases where there was friction with the landlord or the condition of the house was worse than expected.
However, on the contrary, I did not expect that much, but there were many houses in better condition than I thought, and I was able to meet a lot of good landlords.
Anyway, since various episodes about houses like this happen, I felt that it would be nice to have a community where we can honestly talk about these houses and exchange information.
I don't know if it's appropriate to see anything from an economic point of view, but the landlord wants to bring in a tenant quickly, or tries to get a decent rent. Conversely, renters want to rent a decent house at a decent price.
The beginning of my basic idea was to expect tenants, landlords, and third parties to argue about some common topic. Of course, it could happen with the Internet keyboard wars, but I expect people will cope with it.
I wanted to exploit the psychology of these people. Numerous web3 services have so many worries because no transaction occurs, but I only provide a means to slightly trigger this psychology, so people create a transactional coliseum on their own. When asked to pay for a powerful voice, a small minority of people are willing to do so, and can even be consumed as a meme for anything. This is still at the idea level.
I've been dealing with kmz and kml files this time. I will only mention the parts that need to be addressed further.
More challenges to be addressed
When transcribing the coordinates generated by the kml click event to Google Maps, the coordinates tend to be out of sync. I found this on the last day of submission and regretted saying, 'Oh, I should have just generated a click event in kml, but not in Google Maps', and in the end I couldn't finish everything I planned in time, but nevertheless, these coordinates are out of sync The problem is very interesting, so it seems that solving it this time might help.
There is a Post structure under the Topic structure. I want to get the entire Topic list, but all the methods I have found are to get the topic id first and return it in JavaScript. I was going to try it in solidity, but I haven't found a suitable solution yet.
