We've developed a chat bot integrated with ChatGPT on whatsapp to improve the ordering experience for hotel customers. With this solution, We're addressing the hassle and inefficiency of traditional ordering methods by allowing customers to place orders seamlessly through messaging. By leveraging the familiarity and convenience of WhatsApp, customers can effortlessly browse the menu, customize their orders, and place them with ease. This not only enhances customer satisfaction by providing a more efficient ordering process but also streamlines operations for hotels, reducing wait times and minimizing errors associated with manual order-taking.
Integrating Openai api and customizing the chat completion feature of the api was challenging. We first thoroughly understood the documentation and capabilities of the OpenAI API, including its various parameters and functionalities. We conducted extensive experimentation and testing with the API to explore its capabilities and limitations. This allowed us to gain hands-on experience and identify potential customization options.
