Food is the basic necessities of humans. It stands first among all basic needs. Almost one third of all food produced for human consumption ends up being thrown away. This accounts for almost 1.3 billion tons per year. Meanwhile many peoples around the globe go hungry or they are under nourished. So this food waste management app helps to reduce food wastage and feed the underprivileged. We created an app for food waste management system using flutter. By implementing this project, we can reduce the poverty rate in India. By reducing the poverty, we can increase the economic growth of our nation. The main cause of poverty is people who are not able to eat food due to financial status. In our application besides the admin there are two kinds of users in the system – Donor (Restaurants, Marriage/party halls etc) and the Receiver (Volunteers or orphanages, people who are not having funds to eat).The admin has the sole authority to add the donors and thereby boosting security and preventing misuses.
