Gauging CO2 emissions due to Food Wastage, Analysing the estimated daily food wastage of food producing and delivering establishments (eg. banquets, cancelled online orders), Re-itroducing them into the market at subsidized rates and finally connecting the spare to Food Banks.
We weren't able to make a revenue point for this in the beginning and only included connecting Restaurants and FoodBanks. We later diversified this into the first step having the Subsidised re-introduction of the meals in the market and expanding it beyond Restaurants to Banquets and Events like ours.
