The problem FlowLink solves
Large organizations such as colleges and institutions rely heavily on informal and unstructured communication channels including messaging groups, verbal communication, and generic social platforms. These channels are not designed for accountable, targeted, or time-sensitive communication.
As a result, information frequently fails to reach the correct individuals at the appropriate time, leading to breakdowns in coordination and governance.

Designing a Flexible Yet Robust System
Supporting multiple hierarchies required careful data modeling. Kiro played a key role in designing an effective and scalable structure.
