The problem Floway solves
Our dApp on the Flow blockchain revolutionizes accommodation reservations. It offers low transaction costs, decentralized and transparent operations, an efficient payment system, and rewards through NFT-based discounts. By leveraging blockchain technology, our platform enhances the reservation experience, fosters user engagement, and connects people in a more meaningful way.
Challenges we ran into
We ran through a couple of challenges. The first one was that we were having trouble sending the transaction of the payment for an accomodation. We noticed we had some errors in our smart contract declaration, but we were able to fix it. It was our first time creating a Dapp using React Native Expo, so at first we were new to using Cadence language inside our app.
