Challenges I ran into
The RSS feeds for the sources are updating certain fields incorrectly. For example, the published date is being overwritten anytime they make an edit, so it pops up to the top of the feed even if the change was minor. The RSS feeds also don't always include media assets, so I had to create workarounds to get those. The RSS feeds also don't actually include a thumbnail version of the assets, they typically just create a duplicate of the main media asset used. These are things I have reported to the project teams and I am confident they will be resolved.
I had lots of other features that I made, but I found it a bit difficult to quickly get large amounts of data from certain project and then filtering it in real-time. I left out features that may have taken too long to load, as to provide the best experience possible.
