FIXIT is a complaint management portal for micro-localities. If any person in a locality faces a particular problem, they can post a photo and write some description about the same, and other people in the locality can upvote or downvote the problem and determine the severity of the same. The higher the number of upvotes the more severe the problem. The government is expected to use the website in order to ease the work and understand the problems of the general public. The same model can be applied to college campuses and corporates.
In the future, we are planning to add the option of volunteering. Volunteers can see a particular problem and can solve it on their own if possible, after the problem has been solved the volunteer will upload a photo of the same, and after verifying the volunteer will receive a certain amount of rewards from the revenue generated by the website from government or the people who complained about the problem can pool their resources and give it to the volunteer. Our revenue sources are government and users. The website can also be created as a premium model for university campuses and MNCs.
