Challenges I ran into
One of the main challenges we faced was implementing the personalized chatbot logic for fitness and diet plans, which required careful handling of user inputs and dynamic responses. We also struggled with maintaining a consistent and responsive UI while integrating multiple features like progress tracking and gamification. Real-time tracking using GPS and speed data was tricky due to limited resources, and managing a smooth authentication flow for both regular and premium users added complexity. With limited development time, we had to prioritize features smartly and adapt quickly to changes.
