The problem Firefly solves

Loaded with Sockets. Firefly makes flagging candidates a piece of cake. Every interview panel has a Ninja and Recruiters. The Ninja initiates a Start Interview action. The recruiters wont be able to see any profile unless the Ninja allows them too. The recruiters can rate the candidate on a multitude of parameters and submit their scores. The scores are aggregated at the back, and a fair decision is reached.
