One of the biggest challenges was integrating multiple financial data sources, as each API had different authentication methods, data structures, and rate limits. Standardizing and cleaning the imported data to ensure accuracy across various formats was time-consuming. Designing a multi-tenant database structure that maintained strict financial data privacy while allowing for easy scaling required careful planning. Developing accurate AI-powered forecasting and anomaly detection models was challenging, especially in making the insights understandable for non-financial users. On the frontend, building a modern, mobile-responsive UI/UX that complied with WCAG accessibility guidelines while still looking visually appealing for a hackathon was demanding. Finally, ensuring smooth performance during the demo meant thorough testing, robust error handling, and preparing realistic sample data that highlighted the platform’s capabilities.
