The problem Find My Tutor solves

People can use it for a lot of purposes. Firstly, students no longer need to rely on the word of mouth to make decisions that can affect their academic careers. They can see the list of all the teachers who give tuitions based on their geographic locations. Secondly small scale teachers who are exceptional at teaching can list themselves and get the desired audience.
Also students can give their honest reviews about the teachers which can be read by other students to make their choice.

Challenges we ran into

There were certainly a lot of challenges which we faced during the hack. The major problem being unable to link backend with the front end login page. Being beginners and this being our first hackathon, we tried our best to learn django overnight however we were unable to link it successfully. The second problem being geo location tagging of both students and teachers. For the same, as geo location of teachers was static in nature, we linked the location of teachers with google maps such that on pressing on their location, the students can directly see the location of the teacher on google maps.
