The problem FeedBot solves

Our team has personally dealth with the problem of providing feedback about our faculty to the adminsitration. We thus chose this prompt to be able to solve this problem for others who might have encountered it as well. Many students are reluctant to tell the faculty suggestions they might have for a smoother classroom experiences. They fear that the teacher might not take it well or may get biased against them in particular. Through this chatbot, students can give feedback to their faculty without revealing their identity if they choose not to.
Another issue our team hopes to address is that the feedback we do manage to give as of the moment is not very qualitive. Its done verbally and easy to have different interpretations to. there is no technology in college which allows all the feedback of different students that the particular faculty member is teaching to be compiled and viewed in an easy-to-interpret manner. Our chatbot would create a database where we would be able to have an overview of how a particular faculty is performing and whether a particular class is facing an issue with them.
This chatbot would be an easy solution for students to be able to share their thoughts and troubles in an efficient manner. It would facilitate the authorities to take action and intervene whenever necessary very quickly.
The chatbot has been designed in a way that its user friendly, attractive and interactive and encourages the user to provide honest feedback. It ensures that the user won't get bored and stop the process in the middle.

Challenges we ran into

We faced quite a lot of issues in the whole process of creating this project. We had never previously used any technologies provided in the various prompts. We did some research and decided to choose the prompt that would help us learn the most. At first, we used the chrome extension which involved the usage of FlutterFlow. We spent 4 days trying to learn the usage of that technology and to come up with solutions that would enable us to deploy the extension and satisfy all the test cases. 30 hours before the submission time, we realised that we weren't able to find any more resources that would help us finish the project so we had to switch to the bot prompt and make the whole project in only a day.
We then quickly learnt the basics of landbot and divided our work on the basis of our strenghts. We ran into various number of challenges in its usage. We then had to work on google spreadsheets and to be able to find an overview, we had to group the teacher names in a way that would allow us to compile the feedback of a particular teacher if we wanted to do so. We had to work out a method which would allow us to write a formula on the sheet which would only use entries made for a particular teacher.
We also had to figure out a way to ensure the anonymity of students while filling up the feedback form and to ensure that our data got compiled correctly even while the names weren't there. We spent a lot of time working on this issue as we weren't initially able to analyse how we would program landbot to update a certain row if there wasn't a unique column to refer to (which was NAME in the case of a non-anonymous entry).
