Creators Especially from Nepal suffer from not having a steady revenue generation source that can allow them to sustain life through content creation. Besides YouTube ads or brand sponsorships (that creators rarely get), it's impossible for one to monetize their art. Hence, we come into the equation. A one-stop complete merchandise solution for any creator/influencer. We bridge the gap between the existing creator and merchandising market. We design, print, package, and ship the creator's product while creators take the profit, honestly, nothing can go better than this.
We wanted our product to be authentic, genuine, and of value. Having the merch associated with a creator, fans want to be treated a bit special while creators want their products to be of their standards. Hence after multiple compromises on profit margins, we decided to lean on a 100% cotton-based t-shirt made in Nepal itself. It was a big leap in terms of business revenue and questions raised on sustainability, however with the proper supplier and targeted market buying audience, we can sell quality at competitive pricing.
We also ran into a technical problem of having to generate a unique QR with each new production of the T-shirt. Having a unique QR on each product allowed us to be safe from duplicate copy makers who could remake our T-shirts. With each unique QR code being attached to the tshirt that links to the person who purchased it from us, it would be impossible for copy makers to duplicate our product. However, having to decide where to place the QR and whether to stitch it came along with the cost of either increased printing cost or a bad-looking design. Also, a problem with how were we going to generate a new QR each time, link it with the account, and also make it look good with the design. We, however, tackled it all thanks to the brilliant minds on our team. with the use of blockchain technology a unique certificate could be used as an identifier and validation method to check whether the tshirt was legit or not.
