The problem FairPump Protocol solves
FairPump Protocol addresses several pain points in the Meme industry, including:
• Preventing malicious activities by ensuring all tokens are standard ERC20 without deployer privileges.
• Locking initial LP to prevent rug pulls, with lock duration transparently set on the contract.
• Adding fun and unique configurations to pools to enhance the Meme trading experience.
• Tackling issues such as MEV, launch sniping, and whale dumping.
• Simplifying the trading process by eliminating the need for Approve operations, making transactions smoother and more convenient.
Challenges I ran into
One of the main challenges we faced while building FairPump Protocol was ensuring the security and transparency of the token launch process. We had to design contracts that lock initial LPs effectively and transparently to prevent rug pulls. Additionally, configuring pools to handle MEV, sniping, and whale dumping required intricate smart contract logic and thorough testing to ensure robustness and user safety.
