We are focusing on creating a form service that serves utility rather than just being a form. With web3-enabled features our goal is to help DAOs and web3 products engage more with their users by creating a token-gated form or a survey that rewards users through interaction. This can also help companies host surveys onsite in booths during conferences and reward users for filling out them with NFTs or Token airdrops directly to their wallets.

We are taking forms one step ahead, making them smarter, affordable, and more impactful.

Implementing web3-enabled features like token gating and rewarding was challenging as this is something that we started as experimenting and when we migrated everything to Base Sepolia we encountered multiple errors in wallet connect and claiming our native FORM token to be able to participate in the form submission.

Airdropping Tokens and NFTs is still an experimental feature that needs more time to be debugged and fixed. But we managed to get help from some mentors and fix the issue to make out required features up and running.
