The problem AI BASED SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM solves
We now have touchless access control, touchless sanitizer dispensers and other new features in every facet of life. This technology is going to play a critical role in enabling a safer world going forward. It’s important that people align themselves with companies that invest in protecting their privacy and data security. The solution we have given is a Face Recognition AI model with high accuracy. This model requires limited hardware and lesser knowledge of the user. This makes it easy accessible and friendly towards the users.
Challenges we ran into
Fitting the dataset into the neural network was quite difficult since the dataset was created by us and hence the neural network architecture had to be adjusted accordingly.
While the project itself was quite easy for us, it was extremely time consuming and that was the biggest drawback. We solved the fitting issue of the dataset by simply and patiently trying different configurations and making sure the hyperparameters were tuned correctly.
