Face shield is personal protective equipment devices that are used for protection of the facial area & eyes, nose & mouth from splashes, sprays, and spatter of body fluids of infected patients. When speaking, people sometimes pull down a mask to make things easier but that isn’t necessary with a face shield. Moreover, a simulation study of influenza virus found face shields reduced viral exposure by 96%.

Challenges I ran into

Challenges like assembling both in a single unit is not easy. So it took time to design it in complex manner. At last a simple and less weight comfortable design was done.
