The problem FAB(Find-A-Buddy) solves

As we know there are lots of learning resources available on the internet, but often the path is not clear like how to begin so at that point personal level interaction is always superior which we do not get without knowing them. Just due to this nature of in shyness they are not being able to ask for a help from superior which makes a big gap in gaining of knowledge.
So to minimize and improve this current system we provide our platform in which people of different skillsets can meet each other and share their knowledge at personal level by sharing their experiences or may be trick and tips to tackle the current situation.

Our main motto is to increase the networking skills of the people by sharing knowledge by a mutual connection as common interests are always the best ice breakers. So ,how it works is like we ask our user to login and mention which all skills do they know multiple skillsets could be chosen after that we ask them what do they want to learn (which skills are they interested in learning) after collecting the data then we match them whichever suits best it would show the list people which could be preferred to meetup.

That’s how it makes the current system way easier for most of the people as people do not have proper guide what to proceed with in education, may need a partner in a tennis match or badminton which our web can help them find them socially not only that sometimes after we shift to a new place for e.g. for old age our grandparents they find hard to cooperate in new environment so our platform could be used as a way connect them with the same needy one's and may be they can get a partner for a walk or just to talk it out about current generation.

Challenges we ran into

Yes indeed we did face a lot of challenges while building our platform first and foremost would be we needed a matching algorithm which would match the people of same interests and the skills they want to learn, then configuration of react and other things was a hell of a task in which we dint expect to face problem but yes we did come over it by constant attempt and not losing hope plus google is the key. Connecting database was one of the problem in which we were using google cloud used PostgreSQL but at end that was also connected.

Our key to overcome any challenge and bug was not to give up we worked throughout as a team solved each other’s problem after we distributed the work then eventually every bug was handled.
