The problem EzyLabs solves
EzyLabs solves the limitations of existing virtual lab platforms like OLabs by integrating AI-powered features for a smarter, more efficient learning experience. It modernizes the outdated UI for better accessibility and automates video summaries, reducing manual effort. The AI-driven Q&A system allows students to get instant, video-specific answers, enhancing interactivity. Additionally, EzyLabs introduces dynamic AI-generated quizzes that personalize assessments for each user, making learning more engaging. By seamlessly integrating AI with OLabs’ existing VR capabilities, EzyLabs transforms it into a next-gen AI-powered virtual lab, improving efficiency, accessibility, and student engagement.
Challenges we ran into
One of the main challenges we faced was the lack of existing AI integration in OLabs, requiring us to develop intelligent features like AI-generated summaries, Q&A, and dynamic quizzes from the ground up. Additionally, while OLabs has a VR feature, it is not yet integrated into EzyLabs, and incorporating it seamlessly remains a pending task. Ensuring that AI-generated content is accurate, relevant, and unbiased also posed a challenge, requiring continuous testing and refinement. Another hurdle was modernizing the UI while maintaining simplicity and accessibility for users. Despite these challenges, we successfully enhanced OLabs with AI-powered capabilities, making it more interactive and efficient.
