The problem Explorer solves

When we were freshers, we had a lot of questions in mind. We wanted to learn, but we felt a lack of guidance. University life is very different from school life. Everything picks up a pace and often, one might feel lost amidst this chaos.

Explorer is a one-of-its-kind initiative to bridge this gap of mentorship and resources. We want our juniors to feel confident in what they do.

☘️ In the ideas section, students can submit their innovative thoughts to take them to the next level. Students will be able to upvote/downvote, comment, edit and create their ideas on this page. It'll help students to collaborate and validate their ideas.
☘️ Resources section will provide the latest technological trends, notes for the subjects in the curriculum and open-source opportunities for students who are new to the developer world.
☘️ In the books section, students can either exchange their book and buy second-hand books from their peers or seniors. We'll act as the bridge for their communication.
☘️ Clubs & Societies section is mainly for awareness purposes. Students will get to know all the different clubs that they can join and what events are currently going on.
☘️In the Wall of Fame section, we'll be listing some hand-picked seniors who have done awesome things during their varsity and also providing all the necessary links to get in touch with them and know about their journey.
☘️ Contact Us section is for us. It's basically for organizations or people looking for professional collaborations to get in touch with us.

Challenges we ran into

Since this is our first-ever tech project, we faced a lot of problems while making it. Here are some of them:

✅ Integrating back-end with front-end
✅ Adding auth to the Ideas section
✅ Adding a loader
✅ Using libraries like typerjs, aos
✅ Making everything responsive
✅ Maintaining the same design across all the web pages that the website encapsulates
