Mobile app to track personal & group expenses. One can also set budgets and do settlements using the UPIs available.
The problem Expensify solves
The application helps users to add their daily expenses, and split them with friends and roommates. It keep logs of day-to-day expenses in an interactive and more easy to use UI that contains charts and graphs. The application helps to maintain the budget cycle and notifies users incase they runs out of budget. One can also settle up transaction using UPI installed on their phone.
Challenges we ran into
The main obstacle was UPI apps integration. We learned documentation and completed the deep linking feature.
Presenting good UI was also a difficult part also parsing datas which can represent on a graph , etc.
Nested Data base designs and runnings complex queries on them while setteling up and other transactions related queries.
