The narrative focuses on the track titled "Machines vs Nature," where the player is tasked with defeating the Machine supremacists, Auram. Rhydon Vos, the protagonist, and his two allies are members of a group known as the Zealots, who are staunchly opposed to the use of machines. The team infiltrates a hidden laboratory and defeats the soldiers loyal to Auram.

Commander Rhydon Vos proceeds into the research facility, where he discovers a cryotube containing a person inside. Believing he is acting for the greater good of mankind, he decides to eliminate the individual in the tube. However, he soon realises the terrible truth he has killed his own daughter, Anna Vos. She had gone missing after being identified as highly compatible with the miracle drug Vineroot, a substance said to hold the potential to transform humanity.

Overwhelmed with grief and guilt, Rhydon attempts to save her, but in a mysterious and supernatural twist, Anna awakens briefly and says, "Not yet." She then transfers Rhydon's consciousness into a robot she had previously built. Anna reveals that she now possesses extraordinary powers due to Vineroot and had been captured by Auram to serve as a test subject. Her goal is no longer just to escape, but to save humanity by uniting both man and machine.

The Main Gameplay starts the moment the Rhydon Vos Consious gets sent to the past and he has to save his daughter from the Ouram who are trying to catch without killing your comrades and yourself by using the environment around you
