The problem ETHBrew solves

Presently, not all users have a unique ENS to interact with on-chain decentralized applications, which can create challenges in building trust and accountability. However, ETHbrew offers a solution by enabling users to create an on-chain profile that requires only a few personal details. Behind the scenes, the ETHbrew smart contract generates a unique on-chain domain for each user, where all data, including transaction logs and personalized messages, is securely stored on IPFS. Users can easily track their received MATIC transactions through the dashboard's transaction log feature. With ETHbrew, users can interact with fellow inspiration in a secure and transparent manner, while maintaining their privacy and data security.

To achieve this, ETHbrew addresses the following problems:

  • ETHbrew restricts dashboard access to the admin only, ensuring optimal privacy and security for users.
  • The platform uses IPFS to securely store all user data, guaranteeing complete privacy and data security.
  • ETHbrew provides transparent user profiles that are easily verifiable, preventing the possibility of forgery.
  • The platform's on-chain architecture ensures that everything, from user profiles to deployment, is stored on the blockchain.

Challenges we ran into

  • We encountered with few errors while building a more customized smart contract. We deployed smart contracts successfully on Polygon Mumbai Testnet.
  • It was challenging task to integrate arcana auth with our dApp and enable read write functionality of smart contract with frontend.
