The problem eSupport solves

Any business can use the chatbot application (currently deployed on Telegram, but easily expandable to Facebook Messenger/ IG Messages/ WhatsApp/SMS) to render any customer interaction using IVR-like message flow. The business's customers can register complaints, ask for information and submit feedback. All the interaction between the customer and business entity would be stored on the blockchain for transparency purposes.
