The problem Employee Management System solves

On a daily basis, an employee requires to see what projects the manager has assigned him/her, how many tasks have been done and how many of them are left, and what is his/her current progress in the project set. All of these really help an employee to achieve his target efficiently and on time. Our website shows all these details in a beautiful manner. Not only that, but it also publishes the top 3 employees of the year on basis of overall goals achieved by the employees. It also shows the achievements and awards an employee has received in the company. An employee can ask for leave and if approved it recalculates the no. of leaves still left. All of these above were on the employee side. Our website also has a manager side from where he can keep an eye on every employee’s progress, add projects, assign tasks to them and approve or deny leave requests sent from the employee side.
