Many employees are using to steal the company data and join another company or leave the company without informing them or serving the notice period. And after they joining the another company, They will do the same. In resume they will provide their friends contacts as colleague. And no matter what, they will provide only positive review about them. So this project is a database where the company will add employee as a blacklisted one and while hiring a new employee they will check this database to find whether the employee is blacklisted or not. This will help to reduce the theft done by employees. It can be used by any comapny. Even the shopkeepers too add their employees data if they got cheated by them.
