The problem Emergency Communication System solves

We are going to use LORA Based Point to Point network which is going to form a Mesh Network of all the LORA devices, our device will have a display and 5-6 basic buttons if we press a button a message like we need a doctor will transmit to the receiving LORA (that's going to be our base station 4-5 km away from the effected area as LORA is an extremely long range we can take benefit of this feature, we will transport the devices to each Street or group of people that are together trapped in the same area. So they can communicate while they get out of the effected area to a safe place. Our device uses a 2-way communication in which by pressing a button like we need a doctor we can acknowledge the request by pressing a single button in the base station so that a message like your request has been received will show on the device of the people in the effected area. The use of buttons is because uneducated people can also use this as we can write the function in their native language as well or post a picture of the required service.

Challenges we ran into

  1. To establish 2-way communications using LoRa modules that actually works best on ONE - Way communications.
  2. To use LoRa 433 MHz module while Indian LoRa communications Frequency is 865 MHz ,So this Causes lot of noise in our project.
